Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content across various social media platforms in Dutch
• Review submissions to ensure they adhere to community guidelines and brand values
• Engage with users, addressing their inquiries and comments in a timely manner
• Identify and report inappropriate content or behavior as needed
• Collaborate with the social media team to encourage positive user engagement
• Analyze user feedback to improve moderation practices and strategies
• Stay updated on social media trends and effective moderation techniques

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Experience with social media platforms and content moderation preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively under deadlines
• Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is desirable
• Genuine enthusiasm for social media and a commitment to fostering positive online communities
