Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in Dutch across phone, email, and chat platforms
• Promote and sell our products and services to potential customers
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to exceed revenue goals
• Follow up with leads to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Proven experience in customer care and sales is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries

• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
