Job Description - Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Automotive industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to seek Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives for the automotive industry. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about vehicles and enjoy assisting customers. As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to customers navigating their automotive needs, utilizing your Dutch language skills to ensure a seamless experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to automotive products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
  • Provide information on vehicle specifications, financing options, and service schedules.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on automotive industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant information.
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively and with empathy.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
