This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are passionate about travel and aviation, and who are eager to provide exceptional support to customers in their interactions with airlines and aviation services. In this role, you will assist passengers and clients in Dutch, ensuring they receive accurate information and assistance for a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding flight information, bookings, and airline services via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
• Provide assistance with changes to existing reservations, cancellations, and refunds.
• Support customers in understanding baggage policies, boarding procedures, and travel regulations.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with operational and technical teams to address queries and enhance service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and airline policies to provide relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the aviation or travel sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage stressful situations with calmness.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
