Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Energy (Oil & Gas) industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Energy sector, specifically focusing on the Oil & Gas industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have an interest in energy solutions. As a customer service representative, you will support clients in navigating their energy needs while providing exceptional service in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to oil and gas services, products, and sustainability practices via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide information on energy solutions, pricing structures, and service contracts.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, service issues, and technical support.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure seamless communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the energy or oil and gas sector.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
