Job Description - Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Finance industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the finance industry. This role is essential for individuals who are detail-oriented and have a passion for providing excellent service in a dynamic financial environment. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their financial inquiries while ensuring accurate and timely responses in Dutch.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Provide guidance on financial transactions, investment options, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to accounts, payments, and reports.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Collaborate with financial advisors and other teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations and market trends to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or banking sector.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with financial software and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
