This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting patients and healthcare providers through exceptional customer service. As a representative, you will assist individuals navigating health services, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding healthcare services, appointments, and insurance via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide assistance with patient account management, including updates and information verification.
• Educate clients on healthcare policies, procedures, and available resources.
• Resolve issues and complaints with empathy and a customer-focused approach.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address customer inquiries effectively.
• Stay informed about updates and changes in healthcare regulations and services.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to customer care.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
