Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Hospitality & Tourism industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Hospitality & Tourism industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a member of our customer service team, you will assist customers with inquiries related to accommodations, travel bookings, and tourism services, all while providing support in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and tourism activities via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
• Provide detailed information on available services, promotions, and travel guidelines.
• Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Effectively resolve any issues or complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with hotel and tourism partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
