Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, services, and policies via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Educate customers on medication usage, side effects, and safety information.
• Assist healthcare professionals with prescription inquiries and processing.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical advancements and company offerings to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Empathetic and customer-focused approach, with a commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
