Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Real Estate industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate and providing excellent customer service. As a representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries related to property listings, rentals, and sales, all while ensuring a positive experience in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to real estate services, including property listings and market information via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Assist clients with the buying, selling, and renting processes, providing accurate information and guidance.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for accountability and future reference.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and property listings to provide relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize customer needs effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
