Job Description - Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Retail industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to present an excellent opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the retail industry. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering top-notch customer service and thrive in a busy retail environment. As a representative, you will support customers in Dutch, helping them with inquiries regarding products, services, and order management, ensuring a satisfying shopping experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to retail products, services, and promotions through phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
  • Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and returns.
  • Resolve issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the internal system for tracking purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on promotions and product availability.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
