Job Description - Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Social Media industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a position for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Social Media industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about social media and enjoy helping users navigate their experiences online. As a representative, you will provide outstanding support to our users in Dutch, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing overall user engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries related to social media platform features, account management, and content guidelines via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
  • Assist users in resolving account-related issues, including login problems and content management.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, community standards, and safety features.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and ensure prompt follow-up on unresolved issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay user feedback and enhance platform usability.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and policies to provide relevant assistance.
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within the social media or tech industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
