Key responsibilities:

Visma is looking for a dedicated Support Consultant to assist our customers with our advanced recruitment solution, primarily serving the Dutch market. This role is ideal for those who enjoy problem-solving and delivering outstanding customer experiences.


  • Handle incoming inquiries efficiently from business units, customers, and end users


  • Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure their satisfaction


  • Stay updated with relevant knowledge and skills essential for the role


  • Provide technical troubleshooting and problem-solving for customer incidents


  • Accurately register, prioritize, and classify support cases


  • Keep customers informed about the progress of their cases


  • Continuously document new features for our help center and AI chatbot


Job requirements:

You thrive in customer-facing roles, love advising, and excel in customer support. Building trust and nurturing great relationships with clients is second nature to you. You are a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ideally, you possess:


  • Strong language skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written - job duties include cooperation with people from other countries


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and teammates


  • A commitment to professional development and a willingness to acquire new skills


Previous experience in customer support and consulting, particularly in the IT industry, will be considered a strong advantage.
