Key responsibilities:
Visma is looking for a dedicated Support Consultant to assist our customers with our advanced recruitment solution, primarily serving the Dutch market. This role is ideal for those who enjoy problem-solving and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Handle incoming inquiries efficiently from business units, customers, and end users
Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure their satisfaction
Stay updated with relevant knowledge and skills essential for the role
Provide technical troubleshooting and problem-solving for customer incidents
Accurately register, prioritize, and classify support cases
Keep customers informed about the progress of their cases
Continuously document new features for our help center and AI chatbot
Job requirements:
You thrive in customer-facing roles, love advising, and excel in customer support. Building trust and nurturing great relationships with clients is second nature to you. You are a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ideally, you possess:
Strong language skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written - job duties include cooperation with people from other countries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and teammates
A commitment to professional development and a willingness to acquire new skills
Previous experience in customer support and consulting, particularly in the IT industry, will be considered a strong advantage.
