Key Responsibilities:

• Source, engage, and evaluate candidates proficiently within various industries, with a focus on quality and fit.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and placement.
• Stay updated on recruitment best practices and industry trends to continuously improve processes.
• Provide regular updates and insights to management about recruitment progress and challenges.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in freelance or remote recruitment roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools, job boards, and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment assignments.
• Adaptability and proactive approach to evolving recruitment demands.
