What You’ll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to our Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries with a friendly and professional approach, helping them with anything from product questions to technical issues.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
  • Grow and develop your skills with on-the-job training and support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in English.
  • A positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a customer support role.
  • Previous experience isn’t required – this is a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer service!
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems and technology (training provided).
