About the Role

Join a vibrant and dynamic team as a Dutch Speaking Travel Experience Advisor and help create unforgettable travel experiences for guests and hosts alike. As a key part of our customer support team, you will provide assistance across multiple channels and ensure top-notch service throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer care via phone, chat, and email in Dutch and English

• ️ Assist with account creation and resolve any related issues

• Facilitate effective communication between hosts and guests

• Troubleshoot and resolve general support queries in a timely and efficient manner

• Handle and de-escalate complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in customer support is a plus

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

• Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and holidays

• Proficient with digital tools and multitasking across multiple platforms
