Dutch Speaking Partner Support Consultant -Remote in Greece

We are currently in search of a Dutch Speaking Partner Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is an excellent fit for those who are passionate about customer service and fluent in Dutch, dedicated to providing exceptional support to our partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support to Dutch-speaking partners through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Address partner inquiries and efficiently resolve any service-related issues that arise.
• Guide partners on product features and assist them in maximizing their use of our services.
• Accurately document partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex partner issues and develop effective solutions.
• Engage in proactive follow-ups with partners to ensure their concerns are addressed and satisfaction is reached.
• Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and partner feedback to enhance our support services continually.

• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in partner support, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with IT systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship building.
• Experience with CRM systems and support tools is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
