Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, addressing travel inquiries and facilitating bookings.
• Advise clients on travel packages, destinations, and accommodations that best suit their preferences.
• Develop customized travel itineraries tailored to the unique needs and desires of clients.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and an emphasis on client satisfaction.
• Document all client interactions in our CRM system to ensure seamless service and follow-up.
• Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination highlights, and competitive offerings to provide clients with the most relevant information.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a valuable addition.
• Prior experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• A genuine passion for travel and a strong knowledge of popular destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
