Role Highlights

Position: Customer Support (Email & Chat) & Content Moderator

Language: Dutch or Flemish + B2 English

Location: Malta (Requires initial onsite training)

Starting Date: June

Work Model: Hybrid

Work Schedule: Rotational shifts, 07:0015:30 and 15:3000:00 (5 days a week with 2 days off)

Your Responsibilities

As part of the team, youll divide your work as follows:

Customer Support (Email & Chat 70%):

Respond professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via email and chat (no calls involved).

Provide accurate information using appropriate tools.

Content Moderation (30%):

Review user content to ensure compliance with company policies and laws.

Help create a safer online community by flagging policy violations and fraudulent activities.

Additional tasks:

Meet performance goals and contribute to workflow improvements.

Share feedback and trends with internal teams.

Participate in training to refine moderation policies.

What Were Looking For

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Native in Dutch or Flemish with English at B2 level.

No prior experience required we value your initiative and commitment.

Key traits: Attention to detail, ability to make quick decisions, can-do attitude, and willingness to learn.

Whats in it for You?

Salary: 1800 gross/month (Net: 1550).

Quarterly government support (130).

Performance-based bonus: Up to 200 (twice yearly, after 6 months).
