As a valued member of our customer service team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our Dutch and Flemish-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking customers across various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining professional and courteous communication.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch and/or Flemish, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
