We're looking for a driven Employment Specialist to join our growing staffing firm. You'll play a vital role in filling job orders, developing client relationships, and placing top talent in roles across Office Services, Light Industrial, and Professional sectors. Your work directly fuels our success and changes lives.

What You'll Do:

• Fill job orders with urgency: Own the process from job intake to placement, fast, efficient, and accurate.

• Drive inside sales: Make 50+ weekly MPC (Most Placeable Candidate) calls and convert leads into business.

• Recruit like a pro: Interview, vet, and build a high-quality pool of associates ready for action.

• Own client success: Nurture client relationships, expand business accounts, and provide unmatched service.

• Collaborate daily: Sync closely with your team to hit goals and keep the energy high.

• Ensure compliance: Stay sharp on labor laws, HR regulations, and Express protocols.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, inside sales, or staffing.

• Strong communication skills, you're confident on the phone and in person.

• A passion for matching people with jobs and clients with top talent.

• Solid administrative and organizational skills.

• A stable work history and a reputation for reliability.

• Management experience as you'll supervise up to 150 associates.
