𝘢𝘣𝘳𝘢’𝘴 𝘊𝘙𝘔 𝘋𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘴 𝘎𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 – 𝘞𝘦’𝘳𝘦 𝘏𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘋𝘺𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘤𝘴 𝘛𝘦𝘢𝘮 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘔𝘪𝘤𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘰𝘧𝘵 𝘈𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘺.

• Lead a team of developers working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
• Take part in hands-on development and solution design.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, analysts, and clients.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor team members and support their professional growth.

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proven experience in team leadership or technical mentoring.
• Strong knowledge of customizations, workflows, plugins, and Power Platform.
• Experience working in project-based or consulting environments – an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
