abra is looking for a Dynamics System Analyst to join the CRM Division as part of its Microsoft activity
Analyze and define business requirements for CRM systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Lead requirement gathering sessions and produce functional and technical specifications.
Configure and implement CRM components: entities/tables, fields, forms, views, business rules, workflows, Power Automate flows, and Business Process Flows.
Manage security roles, permissions, and team structures within the CRM.
2–4 years of experience in CRM Dynamics systems analysis.
Proven experience writing functional and technical specifications and translating business needs into system configurations.
Hands-on involvement in CRM implementation, customization, integration, testing, and user training.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service); ongoing support and maintenance; Security Clearance Level 3 – an advantage.
