Dynamics Tech Lead/Sr Developer

Our client is seeking an experienced Dynamics Tech Lead/Sr Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, leading technical initiatives and driving innovation through AI and Copilot capabilities.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, perform technical analysis, and define comprehensive solution designs


• Design, develop, and configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions using Agile methodologies; implement plugins, workflows, and business process flows


• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Azure services, Logic Apps, APIs, ETL tools, and data migration strategies


• Implement AI Builder and Copilot Studio capabilities within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to enhance automation and user experience


• Configure and administer Dynamics 365 environments, including security, access controls, user provisioning, and reporting infrastructure


• Support release management, deployments, user training, and post-production support to ensure successful solution adoption


• Collaborate with global technology teams, infrastructure partners, and business users to ensure successful solution delivery and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience with proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform


• Advanced proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, Web APIs, and WCF


• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE configuration, customization, plugins, and solution architecture


• Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio implementation and deployment


• Demonstrated experience with Azure services, Azure DevOps, Git, SQL Server, and database optimization


• Proven ability to design and execute complex data migration and ETL processes


• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams in an Agile environment
