E- Commerce Operations Specialist (Mandarin)

Salary - $90k - $100k + Benefits 

Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin -  "Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China."

Job Requirements 

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital publishing, with specific expertise in Amazon KDP or other digital self-publishing platforms.

• Amazon Expertise: Strong understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, particularly related to book sales and promotions (KDP, Amazon Author Central, AMS).

• Monitor CPC (Cost Per Click) and Advertising Spending: Analyze and optimize campaigns, keeping a close eye on CPC and overall advertising investment to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize ROI.

• Marketing Savvy: Proven track record of developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for ebooks or print-on-demand titles.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and create reports, including knowledge of tools like Amazon Analytics, KDP Reports, and third-party software for tracking sales.

• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple titles and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

• SEO and Keyword Research: Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to apply them within the Amazon search engine to improve discoverability of titles.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in liaising with authors and team members.

• Technology: Familiarity with KDP backend tools, as well as software such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital marketing platforms (e.g., AMS, BookBub, Facebook Ads).
