Job Description - E -Mobility Support Specialist

For one of our clients in the E -mobility and sustainable technology sector, we are looking for an E -Mobility Support Specialist based in Suriname. In this role, you will become an essential part of an international team that supports users of smart charging solutions for electric vehicles. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, ensuring smooth, accurate and high -quality service within a rapidly growing and future -focused industry. This is a full -time position aligned with Dutch office hours and performed from a modern office location in Suriname.

Requirements

  • A completed secondary education (equivalent to Dutch MBO level 4)
  • Minimum of one year experience in customer service
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
  • A good working knowledge of English for international support
  • Strong digital skills and a structured, detail -oriented way of working
  • A customer -friendly, enthusiastic and solution -oriented mindset
  • Affinity with mobility, technology or sustainable energy is considered a plus

What will you be doing?
In this position, you will act as the first point of contact for customers and partners through email, phone and chat. You will assist with inquiries related to charging stations, charge cards, accounts, charging sessions and orders. You will handle requests and updates with accuracy, keep administrative processes clear and collaborate daily with colleagues in Suriname and the Netherlands. Your role includes joining short online check -ins, coordinating with partners to resolve issues, supporting new customers onboarding and identifying recurring challenges. You will also contribute actively to improvements within service workflows and help enhance the overall customer experience.
