EAM Delivery SME - Rail, Track

Location: Philadelphia (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM
Compensation: $50-$80/hour (1099)
Term: 12+ month contract

Overview

We are seeking a senior SME specializing in Rail Track infrastructure to support enterprise asset modernization efforts. This role ensures successful alignment between Track maintenance needs and Maximo-based data, processes, and configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver deep subject matter expertise for Track structure operations.
• Lead communication across maintenance functions, engineering, and IT.
• Translate Track requirements into Maximo-aligned functional and data structures.
• Support hybrid-agile delivery and solution adoption.
• Provide oversight on EAM data models, industry best practices, and process adoption.

Minimum

• 5 Years of practitioner experience in Rail Track infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Track SGR and regulatory requirements.
• Prior SME leadership on multi-phase asset management programs.
• EAM implementation expertise across multiple projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Philadelphia, PA.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred

• Rail industry delivery experience.
• Maximo experience.
