Early Childhood Coach

Instructional Support

• Guide and support educators in implementing brain-based, Montessori-aligned practices.
• Facilitate reflective planning and instructional decision-making tailored to young learners.

Data Coaching

• Help educators interpret and use assessment and observational data to improve instruction.
• Support teams in analyzing Brain Score data and aligning it with student needs.

Instructional Design Collaboration

• Partner with teachers to co-create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Infuse Montessori and Reggio-inspired frameworks into curriculum adaptation and delivery.

Mentorship and Professional Growth

• Build relationships rooted in trust, empathy, and accountability.
• Offer individualized coaching, modeling, and feedback across various levels of educator experience.

Leadership and Change Facilitation

• Act as a thought partner and advocate for innovative, child-led teaching practices.
• Promote a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

• Is organized, flexible, and solution-oriented in the face of dynamic schedules and needs

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of early childhood teaching experience
• 3–5 years of instructional coaching or mentoring in early childhood settings
• Experience working in Texas public schools
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and comfort using digital tools for collaboration and data analysis
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively (both within and outside Texas)
• Strong communication, time management, and relationship-building skills

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Montessori certification from a recognized training institute
• Familiarity with Texas Pre-K guidelines and public education systems
• Experience in creating professional development content or curriculum materials
• Knowledge of executive function development and whole-brain education frameworks
