Lead Teachers | The Classroom Visionaries

Guide young minds by implementing engaging, creative curricula that foster curiosity and growth. You'll set the tone for classroom joy, mentor your assistant teachers, and build meaningful relationships with parents as partners in their child's development.

Assistant Teachers | The Heart & Energy

Partner directly with Lead Teachers to keep the classroom fun, safe, and active. From hands-on crafts to playtime and comforting routines, you'll ensure every child feels seen, loved, and supported.

Support Staff | The All-Star Champions

Bring your flexibility and team spirit! You’ll step in across various classrooms to keep daily operations running smoothly, assisting with activities, teacher transitions, and extra care wherever it’s needed most.

A Day in the Life: What You’ll Do

• Spark Joy & Curiosity: Sing, dance, paint, read, build, and play! You’ll use your creativity to guide children through foundational life skills and developmental milestones.


• Nurture & Protect: Ensure a clean, safe, and warm classroom environment aligned with DECAL guidelines.


• Build Connections: Form strong bonds with children, give parents reassuring updates, and collaborate with amazing teammates.


• Grow Your Career: Participate in ongoing workshops, team meetings, and skill-building opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum State Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.


• High school diploma or equivalent (academic requirements met).


• Ability to pass a satisfactory background check.


• Physical energy to stand, bend, and engage with kids at their level.

Bonus Points (We Love to See It!):

• CDA, TCC, or Early Childhood Education credentials


• Prior experience in a licensed childcare setting


• First Aid / CPR Certification


• Strong communication skills and a cheerful, warm attitude!
