Kensington School is a full day private preschool with childcare for infants through pre-kindergarten aged children. With over 55 years of Early Childhood Education knowledge, our schools are created to give every child the very best first school experience.

We are expanding and would love to invite seasoned directors to grow with us.  The ideal candidate will have a background in Early Childhood school directing and be willing to spend some time training with our established directors to learn the Kensington Way. 

Because we support a work life balance, a Kensington Director’s focus is exclusively the children, families, and our staff. Our home office provides supporting departments to free you of responsibilities in Admissions, Payroll, Hiring, Bookkeeping, Curriculum, Maintenance, Publishing, IT, and Food Service/Purchasing. Our directors have time to focus on what really matters- people!

Qualifications:

• Applicant must meet or exceed DCFS director requirements.


• Must have experience at a licensed daycare facility as an administrator. 


• Must love children!

Kensington School offers a competitive and generous salary that is based on experience and credentials starting at $50,000.
