Kensington School, a premier private preschool with over 55 years of excellence in Early Childhood Education, is seeking an experienced and passionate School Director to lead one of our schools and join our growing leadership team!

With extensive support from our Home Office in Admissions, Payroll, Hiring, Curriculum, Maintenance, Publishing, IT, Purchasing, and Food Services, our Directors can spend less time managing behind-the-scenes operations and more time building meaningful relationships, developing their teams, and creating a thriving school community.

Our Directors have the support, resources, and freedom to bring their ideas to life in our beautiful, thoughtfully designed school environments, created exclusively for Kensington by our in-house architect.

Qualifications

  Must meet or exceed Illinois DCFS Director qualification requirements.

  Previous leadership and administrative experience in a licensed childcare facility.
