As an Early Childhood Special Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized support and education to children with developmental delays and disabilities. You will work closely with families to create personalized intervention plans that address each child's unique needs and abilities.

In This Role, You Will

• Complete developmental assessments and help identify children's individual strengths and areas of need
• Provide individualized early childhood services based on each child's developmental goals
• Use play, everyday activities, and family routines to encourage learning and skill development
• Work directly with children and coach families on ways to support development at home
• Monitor developmental progress and maintain accurate records
• Communicate regularly with families and members of the child's care team
• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and collaborative planning
• Coordinate with professionals in occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, behavioral health, and other areas of service

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience working with infants, toddlers, or young children is preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed to support children and families
