What You'll Do

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based learning activities.
• Encourage children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Help children develop independence, confidence, and problem-solving skills.
• Work collaboratively with your teaching team and center leadership.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming classroom.
• Follow program policies and Nebraska childcare licensing requirements.
