Compensation and Benefits 

• Lead Teachers: $22–$24 per hour


• Teacher Assistants: $18.00 per hour


• Annual pay increases based on job performance

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children from birth through age 5.


• A genuine passion for helping young children learn and grow.


• The ability to work a consistent full-time Monday–Friday schedule.


• Availability to work year-round.


• Qualifications that meet Illinois DCFS requirements for the position.
