Early Childhood Teachers, Assistant Teachers, & Aides Full Time

We are always looking for just the right fit! We want people who want to be Educators during a child's most formative years.

The owner and administration team are on site supporting staff members from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm. 

We are accepting applications for applicants of all levels for our children ages 6 weeks to 6 years.

We are primarily looking for a placement for our Toddler and Preschool classroom as we grow our enrollment for the school year! 

We use a team teaching approach where everyone supports in:

• Develops lesson plans 


• Meets the individual's needs of the children,


• Is involved in parent communication,


• Participates in staff and training meetings,


• Designs an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom,


• Interacts with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.


• Presents expectations appropriate to the child's age and developmental level.


• Plans and implements activities that develop self-esteem and social skills.


• Communicates appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.


• Builds teamwork.


• Uses assessment tools.


• Commits to continuing education.

Teacher Qualifications:

• AA or CDA with two years experience


• OR B.A. degree in Early Childhood Education or similar field and one year experience


• OR A similar mix of education and experience

Assistant Teacher Qualifications:

• 12 post-secondary credits in early childhood development or a related field


• Or B.S, in any field


• Experience working with children ages 6 weeks-6 years.


• High school diploma or GED.


• Minimum of 18 years of age.

Aide Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.


• Minimum of 18 years of age.


• Experience with 6 weeks to 6 years preferred, not required.
