About the Role:

Sunshine Schools NC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Lead Teacher to join our team in Morehead City. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment where young children can thrive. If you are committed to early childhood education and eager to make a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you! Transportation may be provided to site!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans.

Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.

Observe, assess, and document children's developmental progress.

Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding child development and classroom activities.

Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

North Carolina Early Childhood Credential (NCECC) preferred.

Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
