Job Description

What you get to do in this role:
Drive full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer accept with your assigned hiring teams
Become a talent adviser for hiring managers, influencing their decisions and building our future
Partner with multiple departments to drive the intern program
Create and implement standard methodologies and recruiting strategies to hire top talent
Proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders to maintain aligned decision making and build trusted partnerships
Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:
3+ years of full-cycle university recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
A passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven abilities to create a strategic campus strategy and build a diverse pipeline
Strong track record of sourcing and hiring passive talent
An active and data driven approach to problem solving
An interest in working in a cross-functional and fluid environment, with the ability to learn quickly
