· You will provide support and consultation to parents of infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays.

· While working alongside the family, you will take primary responsibility for the development and implementation of the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).

· You will work in collaboration with other community providers and provide referrals for additional services the family may need.

WHY YOU’ll LOVE TO WORK AT YAS

· We are committed to evolving as an agency. We have a dedicated committee that meets regularly to discuss important topics and create ideas that continuously make YAS better – and we would love for you to be a part of it!

· Grow within your role with our free, in-house Continuing Education Courses.

· We offer monthly “Coffee Chats” for employees to take brain breaks and create a friendly and supportive environment.

· We have affordable and comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage.

· We help you prepare for your future by offering the opportunity to enroll in our 401(k).
