You’ll work in the child’s natural environment, partnering closely with caregivers to support developmental progress.
Supportive, close-knit multidisciplinary team (OTs, STs, IDSs)

Provide Early Intervention services to children ages 0–3
Design developmentally appropriate activities targeting:
Cognitive
Communication
Motor
Social-emotional
Self-help skills
Conduct developmental assessments and write reports
Collaborate with families to meet IFSP goals
Coach caregivers to support their child’s development
Required: Minimum 3+ years of Early Intervention experience with children ages 0–3
Bachelor’s degree required in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or related field
Master’s degree preferred
Home-based EI experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable transportation for home visits
Commitment to long-term employment
Spanish-speaking preferred
Salary or hourly positions available
$50,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience)
