Early Interventionist Program:
The Early Interventionist program at Emory Valley Center in Oak Ridge, TN provides developmental support for infants and toddlers (birth to age three) through the Tennessee Early Intervention System (TEIS). Serving families in Anderson and surrounding counties, trained specialists work with children in their homes or community settings using evidence-based strategies like Family Guided Routines-Based Intervention. The program emphasizes coaching parents and caregivers to support their child’s development in everyday routines, focusing on areas such as language, motor, and social-emotional skills. Services are individualized through IFSPs, with regular visits, progress monitoring, and coordination with other providers.
