Early Learning Program Specialist

Your Role Will Include:

• Assisting with the design, coordination, and implementation of early learning programs that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Providing direct support in classrooms and childcare settings to ensure high-quality, inclusive programming.
• Collaborating with staff to develop engaging, age-appropriate activities and curriculum.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support a welcoming and supportive community.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in recreation, education, child development, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in childcare, education, or program support.
• Strong background in childcare and early childhood program development.
• CPR, First Aid, and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) – required within 6 months of hire
• Experience working in an Early Learning Center or school district setting
• Knowledge of child development best practices and early learning standards.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly wage: $29.51 – $31.99 (based on experience and qualifications).

Location & Shift Times: 

• Early Learning Center, Monday–Friday, 9:15 AM – 5:45 PM.
• Full-time, 12-month position (261 days/year).
