Lead Teacher
The Primrose School of Ashburn & the Primrose School of Ashburn is seeking enthusiastic lead teachers who desire to make a difference in the lives of children. Lead teacher positions are available for all our classes: Early Preschool, Pathways and Pre-kindergarten. Compensation and Benefits

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead in overall supervision and daily class functions of a classroom of children

  • Lead in implementing the approved lesson plans and daily schedule in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum and programming

  • Maintain an attractive and well-functioning classroom that encourages students to create, collaborate, explore, and make decisions with confidence

  • Observe all rules and regulations of the Primrose School and local, state, and federal regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children.
