We are currently looking for an engaged, fun-loving, dynamic Early Preschool Teachers to become part of our team! 

Who we are: Kids Junction Learning Center is a Christian, state licensed learning center offering a rich preschool experience as well as childcare services. We provide nurturing childcare for infants and toddlers. Within our preschool curriculum we offer language arts, math, science, character building, physical education, field trips and exciting enrichment programs. Our school-age program provides afterschool care for children from many area schools. Additionally, we have a large summer camp program for kids entering kindergarten through 14 years old.

We are conveniently located inside the Princeton Club on Madison’s west side. Our location gives prime access to bus lines, the belt line, and bike trails. Our beltline access connects most nearby neighborhoods and towns in 10-15 minutes! About the job: The primary responsibilities of our early preschool teachers are to teach the provided curriculum to our children who are ages 1-2 years old through play, music, language repetition, and hands-on activities. Teachers may provide supervision outside the classroom by utilizing our playgrounds and designated areas within the Princeton club. Teachers will also assist with meals and snacks throughout the day. Pay rate is based on education, experience, and Registry Level. 

Preferred Skills and Competencies: 

• Have a strong passion and calling to impact children’s lives
• Have the Infant/Toddler, Assistant Teacher and Lead Teacher course or be willing to complete necessary coursework
• Hold an associate’s degree in Early Childhood
• Have experience working the fields of early childhood or education
• Ability to foster teamwork and thrive in a collaborative environment
• Be age 18 years or older

Terms of Employment: 

• Full-time; Monday-Friday
• $17.00-$24.00 per hour
