About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

1. Quality System Development & Optimization
Develop and refine industrial product quality standards and management frameworks. Establish end-to-end supplier quality control processes, enhance laboratory protocols, and ensure effective implementation to elevate product and supply chain quality.
2. Audit & Risk Governance
Conduct audits of procurement pricing, orders, promotions, and vouchers. Streamline approval workflows, monitor business risks, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize systems, enhancing audit efficiency while preventing revenue leakage and ensuring compliance.
3. Quality Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement
Lead product development quality oversight, leveraging Six Sigma and other methodologies for root cause analysis. Drive supplier audits, corrective actions, and quality cost assessments to ensure closed-loop problem resolution and sustained quality enhancement.
4. Data Analytics & Reporting
Perform regular audits and promotional risk analyses, generating actionable reports. Partner with risk teams to implement improvements. Utilize SQL, Python, and data mining techniques to support data-driven quality decision-making.
5. Standardization & Digital Enablement
Establish industry-specific quality rules and standardization frameworks. Advance digital quality tools (e.g., blockchain traceability) to integrate online/offline quality control, boosting automation and digitization of product quality management.
