What We Offer
💰 Competitive salary: $130,000–$180,000+ (DOE)

Who We’re Looking For
Licensed DVM in good standing in the state of Texas
Emergency experience preferred (but mentorship available for motivated GPs or new grads)
Comfortable working overnight shifts and some weekends
Strong clinical, communication, and decision-making skills
Calm, compassionate, and capable under pressure
Committed to collaborative medicine and community care
