What is the role about?

Eastern Controls Inc., a manufacturer's representative partner of Endress+Hauser Inc. is seeking Application Specialists to support real-world industrial solutions, learn our products from the ground up, and work closely with sales and customers. If you are technically curious, detail-oriented, and ready to grow, this role was built for you. 

What tasks will you perform?

• Prepare quotes and RFQs for customers and outside sales.


• Match customers need standard product solutions (training provided).


• Communicate clearly with customers, sales, and internal teams.


• Track quotes, orders, and updates in our CRM.


• Support order entry, delivery timelines, and follow-ups.


• Spot simple cross-sell or up-sell opportunities.


• Build hands-on knowledge of instrumentation, valves, actuation, gas detection, and services.

What do we expect from you? 

You will have (required):

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Mechanical/Chemical Engineering) or Business Degree with ability to provide technical solutions (or equivalent experience)


• 0-2 years relevant experience

You may have (preferred):

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 


• Familiarity with CRM Platforms


• Ability to follow documented procedures


• Excellent communication skills 


• Ability to escalate situations appropriately
