Serve food from counter
Keep food preparation area stock levels full and organized
Receive orders of product and stock in proper area in a timely manner
Maintain a clean work area in accordance with health department
Greet and interact with customers in a polite manner
Operate a point of sale system, taking orders from customers
Maintain composure during busy hours
Handle knives and equipment in a safe and responsible manner
Pay includes daily cash tips

Requirements
2 – 3+ years in restaurant, customer service, or hospitality.
Must have knowledge of basic cooking techniques and equipment.
Must have a desire to continually learn about changing food trends and food culture.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be professional, energetic, a team player, self-motivated, and able to motivate others.
Must possess strong safety awareness.
Communicate and interact effectively and appropriately with all customers, co-workers and management.
Ability to trouble-shoot problems and present solutions for a variety of situations. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
