REQUIRED: 

    >Associate's degree or higher

    >Experience working with students with disruptive behaviors 

Must be able to work closely with teachers, other staff, and students.

Must follow instructions provided by teachers and appropriate school staff in supervisory roles. 

Must demonstrate patience, understanding, and empathy.

Must demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Must be reliable and have an exceptional work attendance record.

Needs skills and knowledge in the area of diffusing difficult situations and dealing with problem behaviors.
