The results are documented and communicated to organizational stakeholders with an interest in the evaluation\u0027s outcome - typically, this is the direct Supervisor and Manager. This role follows a onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week. \n\nRelocation \nRelocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.\n\nVISA \nBoston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time\n\n \nYour responsibilities will include:\n\n * Functional knowledge of ECG interpretation.\n * Ability to communicate well with and help guide others.\n * Completes special Audit requests for Supervisors, Managers, and Clinical Educators.\n * Assist in qualification of Technicians needed for production and research purposes.\n * Performs one-on-one coaching to address any quality concerns.\n * Reviews and recommends changes to existing Auditing procedures and quality specifications.\n * Initiates change and works with Supervisors/Management on Training/Quality plans.\n * Follows company safety policies and procedures while ensuring quality work.\n\n\n\nRequired qualifications:\n\n * 2-4 years high school diploma/degree/equivalent, or\n * An equivalent combination of education/work experience\n * Certification in assigned area preferred\n\n\n\nRequisition ID: 623765\n\nMinimum Salary: $ 43784\n\nMaximum Salary: $ 74464\n\nThe anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) \u2013 see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com\\--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role.
