Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sonographer to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound examinations, ensuring patient comfort, and collaborating with physicians to provide accurate diagnostic information. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and sonography techniques to effectively assess and document patient conditions.

Charting: Epic

Certifications: ARDMS, BLS, CCI RCS, RDCS- Adul

• Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to sonography and diagnostic imaging.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to sonographic imaging.
• Experience or training in emergency medicine or cardiology is preferred.
• Familiarity with cardiac catheterization procedures is a plus.
• Strong understanding of aseptic technique and infection control practices.
• Ability to assess vital signs accurately before, during, and after procedures.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Certification in Sonography from an accredited institution is required; additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., vascular or cardiac sonography) are advantageous.

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:30 - 16:00)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $67.61 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
